1. What we don't do
Summit Lawn Construction, LLC does not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are a local construction business — we use your contact information only to bid your project and to do the work you hired us to do.
2. Service providers
We do use a small set of service providers to operate this website and route your estimate request to us (for example, our hosting and form-handling vendors). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to deliver the service to us.
3. Submit a Do-Not-Share request

Include the email address, phone number, and/or mailing address you want excluded. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days.
4. Verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to verify the request by replying from the contact channel we have on file for you.
5. No discrimination
We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your right to opt out.
6. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you and verify their own identity.
