1. What to include in a notice
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- A description of the material you believe infringes your rights, with the URL where it appears on this site.
- A description of the original work or right being infringed, with a link or attached copy if possible.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the rights holder's agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next
We acknowledge complete notices within 5 business days. We remove or disable access to the contested material while we investigate. If the material was posted by a third party, we will forward the notice to that party so they may submit a counter-notice.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same information above plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
5. Repeat offenders
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. Misrepresentation
Under federal law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
